    George K. Zarifis is Senior Lecturer in Continuing Education at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His research focuses on the training and professionalization of educators, continuing education, and the comparative review of public policies and practices in adult education and continuing education (VET) in Europe. He co-leads the ESREA research network on adult educators, trainers and their professional development (ReNadET). He researches, edits and co-writes on adult education and vocational training and participates in a large number of European projects and studies on the same themes.
