Since 2023, iriv has been associated with the association Faisceau convergent thanks to the project Think Diverse

1- by experimenting the modules proposed for professionals involved in diversity strategies (September-December 2022, Cité des Métiers de Paris)

2- by associating the iriv team to the 5th edition of their annual Festival "Les couleurs du court" - (March 2023, Lilas)

3- by participating in the final conference of the project held at the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie, illustrating the debates with short animated films selected during the 2023 edition of the Festival.

This collaboration has taken the form since 2026 of a common strategy with associations and local authorities (after the 2026 municipal elections), sensitive to diversity, to support them in projects funded by public funds (local, national, European, international levels with the Francophonie). Faisceaju convergent is directly concerned by the financing of short films (the specifications provide for self-financing or indirect funding from local authorities such as regions or independent productions).

Many new local elected officials are from diversity, thus better representing French society. Associations have welcomed within their ranks association leaders from diverse backgrounds, particularly since the 1970s (economic, social, and political crisis). The hybridization of funding (public/private, national/European/international) is increasingly the rule for associations facing the crisis in public finances.
